School of Choice Opportunities
School of Choice for 2018 - 2019 1st Semester/Trimester
All School of Choice applications must be submitted to the Office of Curriculum & Instruction. The window opens Monday, July 2, 2018 and ends Friday, August 24, 2018
1. All applicants must submit their most recent report card (K-6) or high school transcript (9-10).
2. All applicants must submit a two-year behavior report. Any applicants with a suspension or expulsion will not be accepted, per Board of Education policy.
Non-Resident School of Choice applicants who are current Macomb County residents may apply for School of Choice in grades K-12.
Non-Resident School of Choice applicants who are non-Macomb County residents may only apply for School of Choice in grades K-6, 9 or 10. If a non-resident, out-of county School of Choice applicant is accepted and they have a sibling in grades 7, 8, 11 or 12, their sibling may be accepted under the siblings provision of the School of Choice policy given their sibling also meets the criteria stated above in 1 and 2.

AN AFFIRMATION OF PRIOR DISCIPLINE AND REPORT CARD/TRANSCRIPT MUST BE TURNED IN WITH ALL APPLICATIONS.
