In Computers this year, we will be learning how to use programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Access and FrontPage.  While learning to use these programs, we will cover some basic computer vocabulary, and will learn how to use peripherals such as scanners and digital cameras.  Throughout the length of the class we will also spend time talking about careers in technology and the impact technology has had on our society.

All work must be done in class, and work is due the day it is assigned; but don’t worry:  your child will have plenty of time to get finished, and I never fail a child who is working hard!
