This website was created by David Rickman, Ph.D.  Dr. Rickman is a school psychologist employed by the Van Dyke School District, Warren, Michigan.  He is also a professor at Macomb Community College, Clinton Township, Michigan. 

Ginger Mahrle, teacher and web coordinator for Van Dyke Schools, serves as the technical creator of this site. 

This website was developed to provide Van Dyke staff and parents with information about School Psychology, Disabilities, Special Education, and Section 504 procedures.
