The letter below was sent home with students last week. This is a reminder to promptly pick your child up at 3:26!

To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is notification that your child __________________________________has been late getting picked up from school at least 3 times so far this school year. It is critical that you pick your student up from school on time. Late pickups becomes a safety concern when are not picked up on time. Lincoln staff remain in the building up to 4:00 PM, for occasional, emergency purposes only. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A LATCHKEY SERVICE. Should you have a need for after school care, please contact the Van Dyke Latchkey program is located at Carlson Elementary, and they can be reached at (248)644-9036.
If your child is picked up late again, we will need to contact our school resource officer, Officer Tucker, to ensure the safety of the child or provide you any assistance you may need in getting the student picked up in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at the school.
