Welcome to Lincoln Middle School!

My name is Ms. Hoekstra, and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Principal at Lincoln Middle School. I am honored to be part of such a strong and supportive school community and to work alongside our dedicated staff, engaged families, and outstanding students.

A key part of my role is supporting students in their growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. I am committed to helping all students develop into respectful, responsible, and kind individuals. I also oversee student discipline and behavior, and I believe in working collaboratively with families to address concerns and create positive outcomes that support student success while maintaining a safe and welcoming school environment.

I am excited to partner with our building principal, Mrs. Avila, as we lead Lincoln together. We value open communication and encourage families to reach out with any questions, ideas, or concerns.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I recently got engaged during a LMS pep assembly, which made the moment especially meaningful as I was able to share it with our staff and students. I also have a stepson, and our home is always busy with our three dogs and a cat. My family lives in Florida, so I love visiting whenever I can—especially to collect seashells and soak up the sunshine.

I look forward to connecting with our school community and continuing the great work happening at Lincoln Middle School. Together, we will make this a year filled with learning, growth, and school pride.
